What brought the group of devotees from Madras to Shirdi, and what was their experience like?

๐Ÿ“– Chapter 29

A group of devotees from the Madras region, who were on a pilgrimage to Kashi, made a stop at Shirdi. As narrated in Chapter 29, they were drawn there by the widespread fame of Sai Baba's generous and saintly nature. This group, which included a family of four from the Ramdasi sect, had spent the year engaged in devotional singing. Upon arriving and receiving Baba's darshan, they "attained peace" and stayed for several days, performing loving devotional singing regularly. Chapter 29 also mentions that Baba, pleased with their devotion, gave this particular group eight rupees and eight annas, showcasing his compassionate disposition towards pilgrims.
