What assurances did Sai Baba give to the author regarding the writing of his life story?

In Chapter 3 of the Shri Sai Satcharitra, Sai Baba gives his complete permission and full assurance to the author for writing his life story, or 'Charitra.' He advises the author to proceed without any hesitation and to maintain complete faith in his words. Baba promises that the act of writing this divine play will destroy the faults of ignorance (Avidya). He also states that for those who listen to the stories with devotion, their consciousness of worldly affairs will fade away and be replaced by waves of devotion and love, leading to the discovery of gems of knowledge.
