What are the spiritual practices and their resulting benefits for a devotee as outlined in Chapter 10?

📖 Chapter 10

Chapter 10 presents the remembrance of the Guru as the best and most accessible spiritual practice, or Sadhana, costing nothing yet yielding immense rewards. The chapter states that by simply remembering the Guru with a loving heart, "the knot of birth and death is untied." It assures that this practice leads to great fruit with little effort. For the faithful devotee, the Sadguru becomes a boatman who ferries them across the ocean of existence, dissolving the three types of miseries. Through the Guru's sight, the knots of the heart are broken, attachments vanish, and both accumulated and current karmas are destroyed, leading to liberation.
