What are the key rules mentioned in Chapter 9 about departing from Shirdi, and what are the consequences of ignoring them?

📖 Chapter 9

Chapter 9 of the Sai Satcharitra outlines a very important characteristic of the Shirdi pilgrimage. It states that no pilgrim should depart from Shirdi without first receiving Sai Baba's permission, as doing so invites obstacles and trouble. Conversely, once permission has been given, one should not linger for even a moment longer, as this also brings difficulties. The chapter recounts that those who acted outside of his orders suffered greatly on their journey. For instance, some were looted by thieves, while others who left in a hurry without eating as instructed were left stranded without a carriage and remained hungry.
