What are the dual merits obtained by an author who writes a Guru's biography, especially when it is studied by other devotees?

📖 Chapter 0

The act of writing and sharing a Guru's biography yields a twofold benefit for the author. Firstly, as Chapter 0 clarifies, the writer performs a direct form of Guru service by studying and composing the detailed poetic work. Secondly, and concurrently, when other devotees study and perform Parayans of that biography, the writer gains the significant merit of serving God in humanity, referred to as 'Jan-Janardan,' and engaging in public service. This process not only serves the Guru but also facilitates the spiritual progress of the entire community of devotees.
