What are some of the characteristics that Chapter 48 says do NOT necessarily define a Sadguru?

Chapter 48 of the Shri Sai Satcharitra begins by addressing a listener's question and makes a point to list several traits that, by themselves, do not qualify someone for this title. According to the chapter, wise men do not consider someone a Sadguru simply because they have studied the Vedas, can explain the six Shastras, or practice breath control (Pranayama). Similarly, pleasing audiences with talks about Brahman or giving out mantras from scriptures without the backing of personal, direct experience is described as verbally hollow and insufficient.
