What are some examples from chapter 28 that show Sai Baba's ability to know people's inner thoughts?

📖 Chapter 28

Chapter 28 provides two clear examples of Sai Baba's antarjnan, or inner knowledge, concerning the devotee Laxmichand. First, when Laxmichand was silently suffering from hunger and back pain, Baba openly spoke of hunger being good and the need for medicine for back pain, perfectly reflecting Laxmichand's physical state. The scripture notes this as an "echo without sound." Later, during a Chavadi procession, Baba developed a cough. Laxmichand privately thought to himself that it might be due to someone's evil eye. The very next morning, when Laxmichand came to the masjid, Baba spoke words to the same effect, once again demonstrating his awareness of Laxmichand's unspoken, mental thoughts.
