What ailment did Amir Shakkar suffer from, and what was Sai Baba's prescribed treatment?

Amir Shakkar was afflicted by rheumatism and sought a remedy from Sai Baba. As detailed in Chapter 22, after Amir narrated his illness and prayed for deliverance from his sorrow, Baba gave him a specific instruction. Instead of a physical medicine, Baba's remedy was a command: he should stay steadily in the Chavadi. This was Baba's prescribed course of action for his ailment, with His word itself being the medicine.
