In Shirdi, when Balasaheb Deo explained his vow to only read the Dnyaneshwari upon Sai Baba's direct command, Jog suggested a clever workaround. As detailed in Chapter 41, Jog proposed that Deo should present the book to Baba, and when Baba returned it, he should interpret that as the order to begin reading. Deo, however, rejected this trick.
