What acts of worship and ritual were performed for Sai Baba once he was seated in the Chavadi?

๐Ÿ“– Chapter 51

Upon being seated with honor in the Chavadi, Sai Baba was the recipient of numerous loving rituals from his devotees. Chapter 51 details these acts of worship. His body would be anointed with sandalwood paste, and a fragrant mark of musk would be applied to his forehead. Devotees would also perform 'puja' by washing his feet with water. As a concluding act of reverence and offering, someone would place a betel leaf, known as 'tambool,' in his mouth. These rituals were accompanied by adorning him with various clothes, ornaments, and garlands.
