What acts of worship and offerings were performed for Sai Baba once he was seated in the Chavadi?

📖 Chapter 51

Once the procession concluded and Baba was seated in the Chavadi, the devotees would engage in various acts of loving worship. Chapter 51 details how they would adorn Him with beautiful ornaments and clothes. This included placing a crest, plume, or a golden crown on His head and dressing Him in a beautiful gold-embroidered outfit. Devotees lovingly placed garlands of diamonds, pearls, and emeralds around His neck. Furthermore, someone would apply a fragrant mark of musk on His forehead, while another would wash His feet and offer worship with water. Finally, they would offer Him 'tambool' (betel leaf) to chew, completing the elaborate and heartfelt rituals of reverence.
