Was there a consensus on where to place Sai Baba's body after he left, or was there a debate?

๐Ÿ“– Chapter 43

There was a significant debate and a period of prolonged deliberation about what to do with Sai Baba's body. Chapter 43 describes how the disciples, villagers, and other people were engaged in this thought for twenty-six hours. Different opinions emerged during this time. One group argued that the body should be taken to a Muslim cemetery and not be touched by Hindus. Others, including Khushalchand and Amir Shakkar, suggested keeping the body in the open and building a tomb over it. Ultimately, the matter was settled by adhering to Baba's own previously stated wish, "Let this body stay in the Wada," a position firmly held by the village official, Patil Ramachandra.
