Trace Maharaj's journey and key interactions from his time with Chandbhai to his establishment among his first devotees in Shirdi, based on the introductory chapter.

📖 Chapter 0

Chapter 0 outlines a clear sequence of events. After miraculously creating fire for Chandbhai's chillum, Maharaj stayed at Chandbhai's house. He then accompanied a wedding procession to Shirdi. The procession stopped near the Khandoba temple, where Maharaj met Mhalasapati, who welcomed him with 'Aavo Sai Baba,' thus giving him his name. This introductory chapter further narrates that Mhalasapati then introduced Baba to his friends, Kashiram Shimpi and Appa Jagle. All three men, who were already accustomed to serving holy visitors, became Maharaj's first and most devoted followers in the village.
