There's a mention of a photograph of Baba at Mirikar's house. What was its significance and why was it there?

📖 Chapter 51

The photograph of Sai Baba at Mirikar's house had a special history and was not there by mere chance. Chapter 51 explains that this was a portrait that Baba's devoted disciple, Megha, used to worship with great love, regarding it as the three-eyed Lord Shankar. The glass on the photograph had broken, so it had been sent from Shirdi with Balasaheb Mirikar to Ahmednagar for repairs. After being fixed, the portrait was kept covered in Mirikar’s drawing room, as if it was waiting for Dixit to have its darshan. Since Balasaheb was staying in Nagar longer for the horse show, he entrusted the repaired portrait to Madhavrao to take back to Shirdi.
