The text mentions two flags for the Ram Navami fair. Who provided them, and what is the detailed story behind Damu Shet's flag?

๐Ÿ“– Chapter 0

During the Ram Navami fair, two ceremonial flags were carried in a grand procession. As Chapter 0 explains, one flag was provided by Nanasaheb Nimonkar, and the other came from Damu Shet Kasar of Ahmednagar. The story behind Damu Shet's flag is particularly moving. He had been very sad as he had no son from either of his two wives. Acting on a suggestion from Ra. Govindrao Sapkar, he sought Maharaj's blessing. When he was subsequently blessed with a son, his faith was firmly established. To express his gratitude, he made a vow to bring a new flag every Ram Navami.
