The text mentions Baba lived somewhere before the mosque. Where was this place and what was he like there?

๐Ÿ“– Chapter 5

Before he began staying in the mosque, Sai Baba lived for a long time in a place called the Takia, which is described as a resting place for Fakirs. Chapter 5 notes that while he was there, he remained largely undisturbed. His activities at the Takia were quite expressive and joyous. The source states that he would tie bells to his feet and dance beautifully to the rhythm of a small tambourine, known as a khanjiri. In addition to dancing, he would also sing sweetly with love during this period of his life.
