The Satcharitra says Bapusaheb Buti had 'great luck'. Why was he considered so fortunate in the context of the Samadhi Mandir's construction?

📖 Chapter 39

Bapusaheb Buti is considered blessed with 'great luck' because the mansion he financed and constructed was ultimately destined to become the sacred final resting place for Sai Baba. As Chapter 39 explains, Buti was initially distraught, fearing his efforts would be in vain if Baba passed away before using the wada. However, Baba's final command, "Place me in the mansion," turned his anxiety into a great blessing. The text explicitly states, "Blessed is the luck of Buti, in whose own house the body of Shri Sai rests; whose name is exceedingly holy." His fortune was in having his devotional offering become the eternally revered Samadhi Mandir.
