The book says it's not enough to just read the words. What specific attitude or state of mind is required to truly understand the Satcharitra?

📖 Chapter 50

Chapter 50 provides clear instructions on the necessary mindset for fruitful reading. It is not merely a passive act. The text insists that if the mind is not one-pointed, the "ears are not truly attentive in hearing." To truly grasp the meaning, a reader must "Hold humility in hearing" and strive to "perceive Sai in their hearts." This involves maintaining an unbroken sense of non-duality, seeing the reader, the act of reading, and the subject as one unified state. As Chapter 50 explains, only when this oneness is achieved can there be "fruitfulness in that hearing" and a true realization of the supreme goal.
