Tell me the story of how Mr. Tarkhad broke his vow to offer Naivedya every day.

๐Ÿ“– Chapter 9

The story from Chapter 9 recounts that after his son left, Babasaheb Tarkhad began performing the daily worship, offering a piece of sugar candy as Naivedya. This routine proceeded well for some time. However, one day, his mind was completely preoccupied with his business affairs as the chief officer of a large mill. Due to being so busy, he completely forgot to make the offering. The text states that on that particular day, everyone in the household finished their meals without the Naivedya being offered to Sai. He only became aware of this break in his vow when he sat down for his own meal and noticed that the cook had not served the leftover sugar candy 'Prasad' on his plate as was the daily custom.
