In Chapter 19, Sai Baba outlines two distinct approaches to meditation. The first method is to meditate on his formless nature, which he describes as pure knowledge, consciousness, or a 'cloud of bliss.' However, acknowledging that this abstract meditation may be difficult, he provides a second, more accessible path. If formless meditation is not possible, he advises the devotee to meditate on his physical form with attributes (Saguna). This involves bringing his form into the mind, from head to toe, day and night. Baba explains that this practice will make the mind one-pointed, leading to the same ultimate goal.
Sai Baba offers two ways to meditate. Can you explain them based on his teachings?
