It questions the value of a heaven attained through difficult sacrifices if it lacks the remembrance of Lord Narayana. The text points out that heavenly enjoyment is temporary, and one falls from it once their merit is exhausted. In contrast, the earth-world is described as being of profound importance. Even a fleeting life on Earth is valuable because, as Chapter 37 explains, one who offers every action to God can attain a place of fearlessness.
