If Baba acknowledged Jnana (Knowledge) as the greatest path, why did he so often recommend Bhakti (Devotion) to his followers?

๐Ÿ“– Chapter 19

Although Baba preached that Knowledge is the greatest of all paths, he primarily advised Devotion for most people due to its practicality and safety. As Chapter 19 explains, the path of Knowledge is difficult and carries risks, like the 'fear of falling.' A person of knowledge must be vigilant and achieve victory over Siddhis (powers), allowing for no negligence. Because of these challenges, Sai, described as the 'Cloud of Mercy,' mostly guided his disciples toward the simpler and safer path of Devotion and chanting the Name (Namasmaran) as a reliable means to break the bonds of worldly existence.
