If Amir Shakkar was forbidden from going to the Masjid for nine months, how did he still get to see Sai Baba so often?

Even though Amir Shakkar was forbidden from visiting the Masjid, the location of the Chavadi ensured that he received Sai Baba's darshan automatically and without effort. As narrated in Chapter 22, Baba's daily routine took him directly past the Chavadi. Amir got an easy vision of Baba every morning as He went for and returned from His alms rounds. In the evenings, Baba would come in front of the Chavadi to salute the directions. Furthermore, every other night when Baba stayed in the Chavadi, only a plank door separated them, allowing the two to talk with each other after the other devotees had left.
