I've heard that Shirdi itself is considered a holy pilgrimage site. How did Sai Baba prove that one didn't need to travel far to visit holy places?

📖 Chapter 4

Sai Baba consistently taught that sincere faith could turn Shirdi into any holy site, making long pilgrimages unnecessary. As Chapter 4 recounts, when Das Ganu desired to bathe in the holy Prayag, Baba told him, "No need to go so far. This itself is our Prayag." To prove this, a miracle occurred: when Das Ganu bowed to Baba's feet, water representing the sacred Ganga and Yamuna rivers began to drip from Baba's big toes. In a similar vein, Baba assured Das Ganu that Shirdi was equivalent to other great pilgrimage centers like "Pandhari of Lord Vitthal" and the "Dwarka City of Ranchhod," reinforcing the idea that God would appear right there out of intense love for the devotee.
