I read that Baba developed a cough. What did Laxmichand think about it and how did Baba react?

The account in Chapter 28 describes an incident during the Chavadi procession at night where Sai Baba developed a cough. A devotee, Laxmichand, who was present, privately thought to himself that the cough might be a result of someone's "evil eye" affecting Baba. This was purely a mental thought that arose in Laxmichand's mind. The incredible part of this story, as narrated in Chapter 28, is what happened the following morning. When Laxmichand went to the masjid, Baba himself brought up the topic and "spoke similarly," demonstrating once again that he was aware of the devotee's unvoiced thoughts and concerns.
