I read about a spiritual court or assembly in Chapter 16. Who are the 'ministers' and other figures in the Guru's service?

In the magnificent spiritual assembly described in Chapter 16, the Guru-King is surrounded by various symbolic figures. The four Vedas, six Shastras, and eighteen Puranas serve as the bards, singing His praises. The canopy over this court is made of Pure Consciousness, spreading bliss everywhere. Most notably, as detailed in Chapter 16, there are eight specific "ministers" who are constantly engaged in His service: Detachment, Devotion, Pure Knowledge, Hearing (Shravan), Reflection (Manan), Meditation (Nididhyasan), Self-investigation, and Realization.
