I heard a story about Sai Baba and a book by Lokmanya Tilak. What exactly happened?

This story from Chapter 27 involves a devotee named Bapusahab Jog. He had received a copy of Lokmanya Tilak's commentary, the 'Gita Rahasya,' and brought it with him to the Masjid for darshan. While bowing to Sai Baba, the parcel containing the book fell at Baba's feet. Baba inquired about it, took the book, and turned a few pages. He then took a rupee from his own pocket, placed it on the book as a blessing, and gave it back to Jog, instructing him to read it completely for his spiritual benefit.
