I heard a story about a skeptical devotee and some grapes. Can you tell me what happened to Boss Dharamsee when he visited Sai Baba?

📖 Chapter 35

The story of Boss Dharamsee is a powerful example of how Sai Baba addressed a devotee's doubt. As narrated in Chapter 35, Dharamsee arrived in Shirdi with a clinical and skeptical mind. When Kaka offered grapes with seeds to Baba, and Baba began distributing them, Dharamsee was internally conflicted. He disliked grapes with seeds and was hesitant to eat them unwashed. He even questioned Baba's sainthood, wondering why Baba would force something upon him that he disliked. In response, Baba perceived his thoughts, gave him more grapes, and commanded him to eat. When Dharamsee obeyed, he was astonished to find the grapes were seedless. This personal miracle shattered his ego, replaced his skepticism with love, and solidified his determination to return to Shirdi.
