This story is recounted in a footnote within Chapter 33. A gentleman named Khimji Lalji Joshi had a daughter who was severely ill and had become so weak that her "sticks of her hands and feet had become like twigs." She was unable to walk and had to be carried to Shirdi. When she was seated near Sai Baba, he applied Udi to her and gave her his blessings. The effect was remarkable; within just two to four days, she regained enough strength to start walking on her own. She still had some trouble getting up and sitting down, which she complained to Baba about. In response, Maharaj gave her a fruit to eat, and from that point on, her difficulty in getting up was also completely removed.
I heard a story about a little girl who was extremely weak and couldn't walk. How exactly did Sai Baba and his Udi help her?
