Most directly, Chapter 46 asserts that for any devotee Sai takes under His protection, He 'certainly resides near him twenty-four hours a day,' regardless of whether the person is at home or on a distant island. It even says that wherever the devotee goes, Sai reaches there beforehand to give an unexpected vision, confirming His constant, loving presence everywhere.
