How were Maharaj's divine plays and qualities recorded for future generations, and by whom?

While Chapter 0 states that it is impossible to create a complete description of the infinite qualities of Maharaj, it also details the specific effort made to preserve his legacy. A collection of his 'Leelas' or divine plays was compiled by Govind Raghunath, who was also known as Annasaheb Dabholkar. This compilation was considered highly beneficial for all. Annasaheb Dabholkar composed a large portion of this work in verses (Ovis). Significantly, this project was not undertaken posthumously or without approval; the beginning of this verse-work was made with Maharaj's direct permission while he was still in his physical body, lending it great authority.
