How was Tatya Patil involved in the establishment and management of the Ram Navami fair in Shirdi?

Tatya Patil played a crucial role in the Ram Navami fair from its very inception. When Gopalrao Gund first proposed holding an annual fair or Urs in honor of Maharaj, Tatya Patil, along with Dada Kote Patil and Madhavrao Deshpande, liked the idea and took on the responsibility of organizing it. Despite initial obstacles from the local Kulkarni which led to the collector issuing an order against the fair, an order to hold it was eventually secured. Based on details in Chapter 0, Maharaj himself commanded that the fair be held on Ram Navami. From that point on, Tatya Ganpati Patil Kote of Shirdi managed this fair.
