How was Amir Shakkar able to see Sai Baba so often even though he was forbidden from visiting the Masjid?

Chapter 22 clarifies that Amir Shakkar's assigned place in the Chavadi was strategically perfect for receiving Baba's vision, or darshan, without any effort on his part. He had multiple opportunities for darshan throughout the day. Every morning, Baba's path for collecting alms took him right past the Chavadi, so Amir could see him both going and coming. Likewise, every evening, Baba would come to the front of the Chavadi to salute all directions. Furthermore, on alternate days when Baba slept in the Chavadi, there was only a nominal curtain between them, allowing for close proximity and conversation.
