How much Dakshina would Baba ask for, and what would happen if someone didn't have the money?

Sai Baba's requests for Dakshina were not for fixed or small amounts. According to Chapter 14, He would ask for "hundreds, thousands, lakhs, and crores, choosing the Dakshina as He pleased." His persistence was also notable. If a devotee claimed their money was finished, Baba would instruct them to "Take a loan." Only when a loan was genuinely unavailable would He cease His request. However, He would also offer reassurance, telling them not to worry and that He would give them "bags of rupees" in return, asking them to sit peacefully near Him.
