How is Sai Baba's presence and movement described in the text, especially in relation to his devotees' expectations?

📖 Chapter 40

The text describes Sai Baba's presence as inscrutable and all-pervading, similar to the sky which is "perfectly full, inside and out." Although his physical residence was permanently in Shirdi, with occasional visits to only three nearby villages—Rahata, Rui, and Nimgon—he was considered a "Leelavatari," a master of miracles who could move freely by his mere will. Chapter 40 explains that concepts like "coming" and "going" are just worldly talk for someone like Baba, who pervades both the moving and the unmoving. A devotee named Dev, who lived far away in Dahanu, held strong faith that Baba would come to him, despite the physical distance, because he understood that Baba could manifest anywhere at will.
