How does the fourth chapter describe Sai Baba's divine nature and his identity as the Supreme God?

Chapter 4 of the Sai Satcharitra elevates Sai to the status of the Supreme Divinity. The text states that He who brings joy to the whole world is the Inner Self and the Supreme God, and that this God is the Guru, who is Sai. He is described as eternal, non-dual, and beyond all limitations of place, time, or object.
