How does the creation and study of a work like the Shri Sai Satcharita represent a form of service to a Sadguru?

📖 Chapter 0

A Sadguru accepts service from devotees through books in two primary ways. As outlined in Chapter 0, the second method is by having his biographies written by his devotees and then accepting service through the study and Parayans of these works by the writer and the broader congregation. The Shri Sai Satcharita, written by Annasaheb Dabholkar, is a perfect example of this. By writing this detailed biography, Dabholkar performed a great Guru service. Subsequently, when other devotees study it, they too are participating in this service, which helps them achieve life's purpose and builds a community of practice around the Sadguru's teachings.
