How does studying a Guru's biography as a group contribute to the spiritual growth of a community?

As explained in Chapter 0, the study of a detailed poetic Guru biography creates a virtuous cycle of service and merit. When a writer composes such a biography, they perform Guru service. When other devotees study this work and perform Parayans, the writer gains the merit of serving God in humanity (Jan-Janardan) and public service. Simultaneously, the devotees in the congregation who engage in this study also progress spiritually and move towards achieving the purpose of their lives, fostering a collective spiritual growth.
