How does one break free from the cycle of rebirth as explained in Chapter 37?

Chapter 37 explains that the root of rebirth lies in the 'seeds of desires' and the firm 'body-consciousness' where one believes 'Body is me, this is my wealth.' This knot in the heart is the dwelling place of sorrow. Even if one body dies, another is obtained through these seeds of action. To break this cycle, one must completely burn these seeds. The text states that when desires are destroyed at their root, the knot in the heart is removed. Only then does a mortal being become immortal, which is a core teaching in Vedanta. This process leads to a state beyond righteousness and unrighteousness, destroying ignorance and desire.
