How does one achieve a state of pure consciousness according to Sai Baba's teachings in Chapter 19?

📖 Chapter 19

According to Sai Baba's guidance in Chapter 19, achieving a state of pure consciousness is the ultimate goal of meditation. He instructs that one should meditate on the one who resides in all beings, freeing oneself from all desires. Baba suggests meditating on his formless aspect, which he defines as pure knowledge and consciousness. If that is too difficult, he recommends meditating on his physical (Saguna) form day and night. The purpose of this constant meditation is to make the mind one-pointed. Baba explains that this practice leads to the dissolution of the distinction between the meditator, the act of meditation, and the object of meditation. Once this triad dissolves, the practitioner attains the state of pure consciousness and achieves oneness with Brahman.
