How does Chapter 37 define the true 'heavenly state' and how can one attain it?

📖 Chapter 37

The true 'heavenly state,' as described in Chapter 37, is not a physical location but a state of consciousness. It is the realization of the Vairaj (the Cosmic Being) or the Virat (Cosmic) Self-form, which is free from all mental grief. This state is characterized by the absence of disease, worry, sorrow, hunger, thirst, and the fear of old age or death. One attains this divine state by crossing the 'nooses of death'—unrighteousness, ignorance, anger, and hatred. It is achieved by overcoming the deluded belief in duality and realizing the oneness of the Self with the all-pervading divine principle, allowing the soul to move about completely fearless.
