How does Chapter 33 explain the relationship between the physical body, the universe, and the symbolism of Vibhuti (sacred ash)?

In Chapter 33, Sai Baba uses Vibhuti, or Udi, to teach a profound lesson about impermanence. The chapter explains that the Udi shows that the entire visible universe is ultimately nothing but ash.
