Chapter 30 portrays Sai Baba as the 'Karuṇālaya,' an abode of mercy who is deeply compassionate to his followers. It explains that while His true nature is formless (Nirguni), He takes on a form with attributes (Saguni) because of the devotees' deep devotion. This chapter emphasizes that Sai Nath has an inescapable duty to uplift His devotees. He knows their innermost desires and is uniquely capable of fulfilling them, leading to their ultimate fulfillment. Furthermore, it is stated that Sai does not forsake anyone, even those who feel they are of little power or lack proper spiritual impressions (samskaras).
