How does Baba explain the relationship between knowledge, meditation, and the Inner Self?

📖 Chapter 19

According to the teachings in Chapter 19, meditation is considered more important than knowledge, yet correct knowledge is essential for effective meditation. True knowledge is defined as the complete understanding of Reality (Vastu), and it serves as the root of meditation. This process is called the practice of the Inner Self. Baba emphasizes the unity of the Inner Self, God, and the Guru, stating there is "not an atom of difference between the three." This non-dual understanding is crucial, as one cannot bring the formless into meditation without it. True meditation arises from this profound, correct knowledge.
