How did the son ensure his devotional practice of offering Naivedya would continue while he was away?

๐Ÿ“– Chapter 9

The son was a devout follower of Sai Baba who performed daily worship, a key part of which was offering 'Naivedya' or food before he himself would eat. According to the account in Chapter 9, when his mother wished to go to Shirdi and his father wanted him to accompany her, the son's main concern was the interruption of this daily ritual. He declared that his trip would not happen unless his father accepted a condition: that no one at home should eat their food without first offering Naivedya to Sai. His father, seeing his son's commitment, agreed to this vow, thus ensuring the continuation of the sacred practice in his absence.
