How did the plan to build the Dixit Wada evolve, from the initial idea to the foundation being laid?

The construction of the Dixit Wada began with a simple thought. In December 1909, during his second visit to Shirdi, Kakasaheb Dixit first considered building a tin-roofed structure for the convenience of visiting pilgrims, as noted in chapter 4. This initial idea later solidified into a firm decision to build a proper stone 'Wada.' The following year, after taking Baba's approval on December 9th, the foundation stone was laid and the foundation was completed on December 10th, which was considered an auspicious time.
