How did the plan for the Dixit Wada come about? What were the initial ideas and when was the foundation laid?

The construction of the Wada was a process that evolved over time, as detailed in Chapter 4. After his second visit to see Sai Baba in December 1909, Dixit's first thought was to build a tin roof with twenty-five shares to provide convenience for pilgrims. However, this idea later developed into a firm decision to build a proper Wada. The foundation stone for this project was laid in the following year. After taking Baba's approval, the foundation was completed on December 9th, which was considered an auspicious time.
