How did the parents of the suffering child plead their case to Sai Baba in Shirdi?

Chapter 34 describes the parents' desperate plea to Sai Baba in great detail. Upon arriving in Shirdi, they immediately took Baba's darshan and prostrated at his feet. With choked voices, pitiful faces, and folded hands, they narrated the story of their child's suffering from a bone-cyst. They expressed their exhaustion and inability to witness their son's pain any longer, admitting they saw no other way out. They appealed to Sai Samarth, asking him to place his protective hand on their son's head and remove the ailment.
