The mosque underwent a significant transformation, especially from the year 1912 onwards. Initially, the ground of the mosque was in poor condition, described in Chapter 5 as having knee-deep holes. Through the growing devotion of his followers, a major change occurred. In a single night, the floor of the mosque was completely paved with stones. This physical improvement was part of a larger shift, as the unity of devotees gathered around him grew, even though the text notes that in the very beginning, not everyone felt fearless when approaching him.
