Chapter 46 recounts how financial support came from multiple sources: Kakasaheb gave two hundred rupees in Nagpur, Nanasaheb gave a hundred in Gwalior, and Nana's wealthy father-in-law, Jathar, also gave a hundred. Furthermore, the Jathar family, who owned temples in Kashi and Ayodhya, arranged for hospitality by instructing their managers to care for the pilgrims.
